"Painting is just another way of keeping a diary." (Picasso)
In this series I keep a record, in paint, of my everyday life, travels, and whatever else happens to be coming into my head and sticking there. The pieces are small, done on birch panel, and framed with upcycled materials, such as hardwood I've taken from skids or offcuts of plywood. I make the frames myself.
Each piece is an original, in oil. On a good week, I do one or two of them. They look small and easy, but they're actually a lot of work (so perhaps you'll buy one, it'll grow on you, and later on down the road when you're rich you'll come back for something big? And there'll be no hard feelings about this devilish plan?)
They go for $125 USD a pop ($150 CDN), plus a flat $10 USD for shipping and handling. I ship from California through FedEx or USPS. The easiest way to pay is through Paypal or, if in Canada, an Interac e-transfer.
